Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our UK stock, so there's no waiting on customs or long international transit. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
As a trade supplier, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check product details, sizes, and specifications before ordering — we're happy to answer any questions on WhatsApp first.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
